Keyless entry through the front door and enter a charming ground floor parlor, kitchen and dining room, beautifully decorated to liven imaginations. Kitchen fee is an additional $10.00 per day and must be reserved ahead of checking to insure availability. Please keep in mind, other rooms also reserve it.
The charming exterior grounds with multiple places to pull up a chair and take in the abounding beauty and potentially greeting another sightseer or globetrotting resident from one of the other 5 accommodations in Blooming Heart Village. There are two additional rooms upstairs, one master suite downstairs, a casita and studio apartment all on .75 acre in downtown St. George.
The property and accommodation are focused on using local, sustainable goods during your stay. You are welcome to order breakfast at a minimal charge (please pre order for room deliver in the morning)! Hens on the property provide the best eggs for German pancakes and local, in season fruit for garnishing.
You may opt to purchase use of the kitchen for $10.00 per day (fridge, stove, cooking tools and serve ware). Please message your request prior to arrival and bring your grocery's, consumable items are not provided.
A small room on the first floor, “Parlor” is restricted, and it's appreciated if you do not enter.
Charming, historic and evolving St. George downtown provide many parks within walking distance as well as the upscale or fast-food restaurants. Many privately owned restaurants embody charm and delicious fair only dedicated Chefs can offer. Nearby grocery stores, specialty food stores, drug stores, clothiers, antique stores, and jewelers are also abundant.
Two blocks from Main Street, St George Blvd, and one block from Tabernacle Blvd. Only 5 blocks to Dixie University, the Church of Latter-Day Saints temple and tabernacle visitor center. In city scooters are conveniently located around the city and Uber/Lyft are reliable.
EBikes available for rent - Juiced Scorpion with comfy seats. Please message host for availability. Upon completion of signed waver, you day of fun will begin. Bikes come with locks, helmets, and chargers. Daily rate is $100 and 4hr rate is $65. There are miles and miles of trails moments ride from your location.
On city transit route, city scooters and walking.
Oliver, my dog, will be with me at all times but If you come in contact, the best way to calm his barking is to turn your back and ignore him for a moment. He is very cute and will warm up after he gets a few sniffs in. One cat and chickens will be outside. The cats may come in and out.
When exiting, lock bedroom door with the keypad lock icon only. If you twist the lock knob on the inside, the lock gets jammed and needs a key to open.
Parking is available in three spots. All spots are located on concrete.
1. Street side on Temple St/200 E.
2. Driveway if you're not blocking anyone)
3. Behind the gift store on 100 S against the back wall. Locate 4 spots near the tall brick wall and pull to one side to allow other cars to park.
