After parking in designated guest parking, you will climb an outdoor staircase to your studio apt. Adorable 600 square foot studio is equipped with modern home comforts from a folding Murphy bed (Tempur-Pedic mattress and sleeps 2), leather sofa, big screen tv, workspace and bakers center. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, microwave, 2 induction burners and coffee machine with grinder. Refrigerator, freezer and cooking tools are at your reach. Please note there is no stove and you have an induction burner instead that works even better.
Guests have access to outdoor areas, picnic table, barbecue and lounging chairs. Washer and Dryer near premises and accessible with permission from host.
Please bring detergent. Shake cloths out and check pockets before washing. Clean the dryer filter before and after use. The unit is available for quick needs while a laundromat is located a few blocks away for more intensive needs.
The Cottage is located above a boutique retail store so there may be some interaction with shoppers and staff. The owner lives in the house next to the cottage and is typically available. Oliver the Aussie dog and two cats live in the main house and roam the property. There are 5 chickens too. Oliver will bark and the best tactic is to ignore him. Once he gets a sniff, he will chill and ask for some pets.
Charming, historic and evolving St. George downtown. So many parks within walking distance as well as the upscale or fast food restaurants. Many privately owned restaurants owning the charm and delicious flair only dedicated Chefs can offer. Nearby grocery stores, specialty food stores, drug stores, clothiers, antique stores, and jewelers to name a few.
Two blocks from Main Street, St George Blvd, and one block from Tabernacle Blvd. Only 5 blocks to Dixie University, the Church of Later Day Saints temple and tabernacle visitor center. In city scooters are conveniently located around the city and uber/lyft are reliable.
Getting around Saint George is quite easy. Community transit and Uber’s are not as convenient as bigger cities. There are plenty of shuttles to take you to Zion, Las Vegas, Mesquite and even Salt Lake City.
The Studio is equipped with kitchenette including, oven, refrigerator, microwave and basic cookware and dinnerware. An induction burner and cooking pans are available in the drawer under the oven. The bed is a Murphy bed and the TV is set up with Roku. Network TV is not available.

Pets are welcome (max 2) and cleaning supplies are available, including vacuum. Please don't allow pets on the bed or couch. Pet fee is 25.00 per pet and payment arrangements can be made.

Bikes come with locks, helmets, and chargers. Daily rate is $100 and 4hr rate is $65. There are miles and miles of trails moments ride from your location.
When throwing out your garbage, please use the receptacle outside under the covered parking area. The garbage cans go out Tuesday night and return Wednesday so there may be a time where you walk to the curb.
